We are responsible for washing and squeegeeing interior/exterior windows-  Residential, Commercial or Storefronts.

 

What we included with RESIDENTIAL and COMMERCIAL Window Cleanings:

Professional window cleaner will remove all screens-cleaning both sides of the screens before setting them aside. Both the inside and outside of the windows and window sills washed, (the window tracks are an additional). Then clean screens should then be put back in place.

Additional costs::

Larger Screen cleaning is .50 cents-$1.00, depending on size.

We will not clean broken or torn screens, but we repair screens if asked for an additional fee.

Removal of window decals, glue ,paint, caulk etc.

Patio doors run $7 per door. Or can be averaged in with the cost of windows. Patio screens $3.00 per screen

 

All  basic cleaning include interior/exterior of windows and window sills. Tracks and frames or deposits are additional toward cost.

Condensation and Water between window panes- seal is broken or leaks. Cost start at $30.00 an hour per window.Theses window if customer decides not to replace, the cleaning company with the client needs further discussion.

 

Mineral deposits Mineral deposits are hard water spots that are left from weather.
